At Zywave, Caroline manages the HR Hotline team, working with the team of HR Consultants to ensure Zywave partners and their clients receive high-quality, reliable responses to their HR and benefits questions.  

Jennifer is a Senior HR Consultant at Zywave, where she has spent the past 8 years helping organizations navigate complex HR compliance challenges. With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, including prior roles as HR Director, Jennifer brings a deep HR generalist background spanning all industries and all 50 states. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and the SPHR certification and is known for her expertise in employee relations and her practical, real-world approach to HR compliance issues, including pay transparency laws. 

Elise is a Senior HR Consultant at Zywave, where she has been providing Partners and clients with practical HR guidance for almost ten years. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Humanities from Michigan State University, graduating with high honor, and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Elise advises brokers and employers on a wide range of HR matters including employee benefits, leaves of absence, federal and state employment law, wage and hour compliance, employee relations, hiring and termination practices and workplace investigations. She is known for breaking down complex regulations into clear, practical guidance that helps employers manage everyday HR challenges with confidence.
